Quick and easy fluffy air fryer pretzel bites ready in 10 minutes.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
- Divide dough into small pieces and shape them into bites.
- Boil water and baking soda in a pot.
- Drop pretzel bites in boiling water for 30 seconds.
- Remove bites and place them on a greased air fryer basket.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle coarse salt.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
