Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
  4. Add tofu cubes and toss to coat.
  5. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve hot.
