Ingrédients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still chunky.
  4. Add flour and pulse again until mixed.
  5. Form the mixture into patties.
  6. Brush each patty lightly with olive oil.
  7. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
