Description
Quick and easy Greek chicken skewers made in the air fryer.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add cubed chicken to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Skewer the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Pair with tzatziki sauce for serving.
