Description
Quick and easy salmon patties made in an air fryer.
Ingrédients

- 1 can salmon (14.75 oz)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain the salmon and add it to a mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad or your choice of dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
