Description

Quick and easy veggie egg rolls made in an air fryer.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
  3. Place a wrapper on a flat surface. Add 2 tablespoons of the veggie mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  7. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  • Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
