This 15 minute air fryer veggie frittata is a quick and healthy dish packed with vegetables.

- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and diced onion to the eggs.
- Stir in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
