Quick and easy 15 minute air fryer veggie skewers.
Ingrédients

- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat.
- Thread vegetables onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you like.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
