Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
