Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and flour until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into rounds.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
