Instructions
- Rinse quinoa under cold water.
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, chili powder, and salt; cook until shrimp is pink.
- Remove from heat and add lime juice.
- Serve shrimp over quinoa and garnish with cilantro.
