Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, milk, and egg until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter onto skillet, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
Notes
- For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- You can use milk alternatives for a dairy-free version.
