- 8 small pancakes
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Push the mixture to one side and pour in beaten eggs.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked.
- Mix the eggs with the chicken and vegetables.
- Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stir well.
- Serve in pancakes with green onions.
