Ingrédients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons achiote paste
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix achiote paste, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with rice and beans for a complete meal.
- Adjust marinade ingredients to taste.
