These air fryer apple cinnamon oatmeal cups are a quick and healthy breakfast option.

- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, chopped apple, cinnamon, honey, salt, and vanilla.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease muffin cups or silicone molds.
- Scoop the mixture into the cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
Notes
- You can add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes before serving.
