These air fryer apple cinnamon oatmeal cups are a quick and healthy breakfast option.

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, chopped apple, cinnamon, honey, salt, and vanilla.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Grease muffin cups or silicone molds.
  5. Scoop the mixture into the cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Air fry for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
