A simple and delicious recipe for air fryer apple fritters.

- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add diced apples, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the basket, leaving space between each fritter.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
