Description
A delicious dessert made with apple filling wrapped in crispy taquitos and cooked in an air fryer.

- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and seal the edges.
- Brush the taquitos with melted butter.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
- Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with ice cream or caramel sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
