Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the taquitos with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
  7. Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
