- 8 slices bacon

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork medallions with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Wrap each medallion with a slice of bacon.
- Place the wrapped medallions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the medallions.
- For extra crispiness, increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
