Easy air fryer baked potato recipe.
Ingrédients

- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat them dry with a towel.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub olive oil over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on all sides.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork. It should go in easily.
- Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on potato size.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
