Description
A quick and easy version of traditional baklava made in an air fryer.
Ingrédients

- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
- Add another sheet of phyllo on top and brush with butter.
- Spread a layer of the walnut mixture on the dough.
- Fold the phyllo over to cover the filling and brush with butter.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine honey and water, and bring to a boil.
- Pour the honey mixture over the baklava bites once they are done.
Notes
- Keep the phyllo dough covered while working to prevent it from drying out.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve warm for best taste.
