Description
Air fryer banana bread bites are a delicious treat that you can easily prepare at home.
Ingrédients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add flour and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon the batter into silicone molds, filling them halfway.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These bites can be frozen for later use.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar amounts.
