Ingrédients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add flour and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Spoon the batter into silicone molds, filling them halfway.
  7. Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before removing from molds.
