Delicious air fryer banana bread muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or snacks.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour and stir until just incorporated.
- Grease muffin cups and fill them with the batter.
- Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove muffins and let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
- Use overripe bananas for better sweetness.
