Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  6. Gradually add flour and stir until just incorporated.
  7. Grease muffin cups and fill them with the batter.
  8. Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Remove muffins and let them cool before serving.
