A quick and easy air fryer breakfast quesadilla recipe.
Ingrédients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup cooked sausage (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs with bell peppers and onions until fully cooked.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Add half of the cheese, followed by the egg mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover with the second tortilla.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and cut into wedges.
- Serve warm.
