- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
