- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
- Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
