- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated carrots, flour, oats, brown sugar, honey, and applesauce.
- Add baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Form the mixture into small bites.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can substitute walnuts with raisins or chocolate chips.
