  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix grated carrots, flour, oats, brown sugar, honey, and applesauce.
  3. Add baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  5. Form the mixture into small bites.
  6. Place the bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
