Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add water to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, toss the cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  8. Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
