Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings made in an air fryer.

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add water to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, toss the cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
