Description
Delicious air fryer cheese stuffed meatballs.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Wrap the meat around the cheese and form a ball.
- Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
