A simple recipe for air fryer cheesecake bites that are creamy and delicious.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Incorporate the egg, blending until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of silicone molds.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Place molds in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool before removing from molds.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
