Description
Crispy and cheesy potato wedges made in an air fryer.
Ingrédients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the wedges to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the wedges and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
