A quick and easy air fryer chicken cordon bleu recipe that delivers crispy chicken filled with ham and cheese.

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken rolls in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
