Quick and easy air fryer churro bites recipe.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and baking powder. Stir until a dough forms.
- Let the dough cool slightly. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape small pieces of dough into bite-sized balls.
- Place the churro bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
Notes
- Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
