  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is coarse.
  4. Add flour and olive oil, then mix until combined.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture.
  6. Place falafel bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
