Ingrédients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- Whole wheat wraps
- Tahini sauce for drizzling
- Vegetables for filling (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until well mixed but still chunky.
- Add flour and mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place falafel bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Warm whole wheat wraps in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble wraps by adding falafel, vegetables, and drizzling with tahini sauce.
