A delicious air fryer recipe featuring mini peppers stuffed with feta cheese.

- 10 mini bell peppers
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is slightly browned.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
