Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thin fries.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the fries to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove fries and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
