Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
