Description
Delicious air fryer mushrooms cooked in garlic butter.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb mushrooms
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them in halves.
- Melt the butter in a bowl and mix in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the mushrooms with the garlic butter mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on mushroom size.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
