Description
Crispy air fryer pickles with a crunchy almond flour crust.

- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
