- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Add the pineapple chunks to the bowl and mix well.
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add the pineapple chunks in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken. It should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
