A simple recipe for making crispy potato chips in an air fryer.

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
  3. Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and pat dry the slices.
  5. In a bowl, toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  7. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Remove chips when they are golden and crispy.
  10. Let them cool before serving.
