Description
A simple recipe for making crispy potato chips in an air fryer.
Ingrédients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry the slices.
- In a bowl, toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove chips when they are golden and crispy.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of slices.
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container.
