Description

Air fryer potato skins are a deliciously crispy appetizer. They are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.


Ingrédients

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
  3. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 30 minutes or until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out some flesh.
  5. Brush the insides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Air fry the potato halves for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
  7. Add cheese and return to the air fryer until melted.
