  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package of pre-made pie crusts
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and egg until smooth.
  3. Roll out pie crust and cut into small circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the crust over and seal the edges.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the bites in the basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
