A quick and easy recipe for crispy shrimp made in an air fryer.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each shrimp with flour, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure shrimp are dry before coating.
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
