Description
A simple recipe for making spaghetti squash noodles in an air fryer.
Ingrédients

- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil on the inside of each half.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until the flesh is tender.
- Use a fork to scrape out the strands of squash.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the squash.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
