Crispy air fryer spring rolls made with a delicious filling. Perfect for family gatherings.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, shrimp or chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling on each spring roll wrapper.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with water.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the spring rolls in the basket without overcrowding.
  7. Spray the tops of the spring rolls with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
