  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked rice, ground turkey, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
  5. Top each pepper with shredded cheese.
