- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice, ground turkey, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
- Top each pepper with shredded cheese.
- Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the peppers.
- You can use any ground meat or a meat alternative.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the stuffing mix.
