A simple and delicious air fryer stuffed mushrooms recipe.

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding cooked sausage or bacon for extra flavor.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
