Instructions
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, toss fries with olive oil, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place fries in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Remove fries and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
