Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped spinach, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
